Cancellation, Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy
We take utmost care to deliver the best quality products to you. In case there are any quality issues, or if you are not satisfied with any of our products for legitimate reasons, we will provide unconditional replacement or refund.

When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason for returning the goods.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order any time before an order is shipped by calling or writing to us. In such a case, we will refund your payments if already made by you for the order.
Cancellation after shipment or delivery will be considered, at the sole discretion of the Company, on a case-to-case basis. In general, we will provide full co-operation for all cancellations if the reasons are genuine.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, such orders could be cancelled at Company’s discretion.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy:
Product Replacement
- We do not offer product replacements under any circumstances.
Refund Due to Non-Quality Issues
- If the refund request is for reasons not related to product quality or shipment delays (e.g., change of mind),the Company reserves the right to exclude delivery charges from the refund amount.
Partial Payment Orders
- For orders placed using a partial payment (advance amount), this advance serves as order confirmation.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer after placement, the advance amount is strictly non-refundable,regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Prepaid Orders with FLAT100 Deduction
- For orders placed on a prepaid basis, if a refund is requested and approved:
- A flat deduction of ₹100 (FLAT100) will be applied to cover shipping charges.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days.
Returns, Refunds or Replacements, are not possible in the following cases:
- Used products, or products with broken seal (unless it’s a case of product quality defect)
- Return request made beyond 7 days of receipt of the products
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price information & labels
